Lirene G. De Los Reyes is an associate in Quisumbing Torres' Corporate & Commercial/M&A Practice Group.
Lirene graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2023, and ranked 10th in her batch. She was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2023.
Practice Focus
Lirene’s practice focuses on general corporate law, including corporate governance, commercial agreements and joint ventures. Her practice spans a wide range of industries, including energy, mining and infrastructure, technology, financial institutions, industrials, manufacturing and transportation, healthcare and consumer goods and retail.
